Our platform functions solely as a payment gateway, facilitating transactions between the buyer and seller. 

We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or condition of any goods or services purchased through our gateway. 

  1. Refund Policy

  Eligibility for Refund: 

Refunds are issued only if a payment transaction is stuck, failed, or remains incomplete due to technical issues on our platform. 

Refunds are not applicable for any disputes related to the delivery or quality of goods/services, as these are outside our control. 

Refund Request Process: 

If you experience a stuck or failed transaction, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. 

Provide transaction details, including the transaction ID, amount, and date for verification.

  Verification and Approval: 

Our team will review the transaction issue and verify the claim. 

Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. 

Refund Method: 

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used in the transaction. 

  1. Conditions and Limitations

  Non-Refundable Transactions: 

Refunds will not be provided for successful transactions where no technical issue has occurred on our platform. 

Any disputes between the buyer and seller regarding goods/services must be resolved directly between the parties involved. 

Service Fees: 

Any service or transaction fees associated with the payment process may not be refundable.
